# Standaardtherapieën

## Opbouw van een standaardtherapie

Elke kaart volgt dezelfde structuur, zodat je in deel 1 snel naar een recept werkt:

1. **Therapeutisch doel**: wat wil je bereiken (WHO 6-step, stap 2)? Bepaalt middelkeuze en evaluatie.
2. **Controleafspraak**: wanneer en waarop herbeoordeel je?
3. **Niet-medicamenteus**: leefstijl, voorlichting en niet-medicamenteuze opties.
4. **Medicamenteus per stap**: per middel: contra-indicaties, interacties, bijwerkingen,
werkingsmechanisme en het recept (`R/` middel, `Da/` hoeveelheid, `S/` gebruiksaanwijzing).
